Flexible packaging is becoming more and more popular due to its multiple advantages over other types of materials. This can be clearly noticed in some sectors as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, health and personal care amongst others where flexible packs are gradually replacing traditional presentations like bottles, tins or other rigid containers.

In the food sector products like dry soups or spices are mostly packed in flat or gusseted stand up pouches. These pouches may have up to 4 different components filled separately. Snacks, coffee, sauces, edible oils, are presented in attractive stand up pouches, incorporating shapes, tear notches, display holes, etc. A large variety of products frequently incorporate a reclosable zip system.

In the pharmaceutical sector it is very common to pack free flowing granules or various types of powders or tablets into 3 or 4 side sealed sachets or stick packs. For this application we offer our small and medium range of horizontal machines or stick pack makers at speeds of over 800 packs / minute.

For home and personal care market segments we have available a multitude of possibilities from small portion packs for gels and creams to large stand up packs to contain up to 3 liters volume mostly utilized for detergents and cleaners.

Other sectors which are also joining the flexible packaging family are beverages as fruit juice or energetic drinks, liquid yogourts, pet-food with a variety of dry or moist products, frozen food, canned products, dry fruits and many others.
