Mespack’s H-540-FE6 is a high capacity machine, able to manufacture 300-360 small format (120-200 ml) pouches with top anti-choke spout and rounded edges a minute.
Barcelona, 8 october 2018.- After its success at Agroprodmash 2018, Mespack will once again be bringing two machines to a trade fair using virtual reality. In this case, to the 19th AllPack Indonesia (Jakarta, Indonesia, 17th-20th October). The international flexible packaging machine manufacturer will be exhibiting on Stand AB007 in Hall A of Jakarta International Expo with two of the fastest machines in its range, the packaging machines H-540-FE6 and HCM-420-FET, all thanks to augmented reality. The Company’s Marketing Director, Santi Alberich, explains: “Mespack has created its own exclusive app, unique in the industry. Other manufacturers have virtual reality tools to show their machines, but we are giving people a 360º full-depth view, so that through the headsets, visitors to our stand at the fair will be able to feel as if they are watching the machines in operation right there in our factory.”
Two augmented machines
H-540-FE6 is a high capacity machine, able to manufacture 300-360 small format (120-200 ml) pouches with top anti-choke spout and rounded edges a minute. Figures that make it the fastest machine on the market today for this type of packaging, a rare beast, since (in Alberich’s words) “it is not easy to find a machine with this level of performance.”
Designed to meet the hygiene and food safety requirements of the baby food industry, this is the machine that Mespack took to Interpack 2017, making a big impact which the Duravant Group company expects to repeat in Jakarta.
HCM-420-FET is Mespack’s continuous packaging machine for the production of large volume sachets and doypacks. “Bearing in mind that many of our customers in the Indonesian market are multinationals with high production volumes, we are confident that they will find the speed and versatility of this machine attractive,” continues Alberich.
HCM-420-FET can produce 60% more than conventional HFFS machines and can accommodate top and side spouts, zips, and other personalised accessories, “which makes it an all-terrain machine for, say, the food, cosmetics, pharma and detergent industries where our customers operate,” adds Mespack’s Marketing Director.
HCM 420 FET, Mespack’s solution for the continuous packaging of high volume production of large pouches.
A key market
Finally, Mespack is signalling its commitment to this market by coming to AllPack Indonesia, a market in which it already has more than 100 machines in operation and where it can provide local technical support. “Our market penetration in Indonesia is very good,” confirms Alberich, “but we still want to take this opportunity to strengthen links with our sales network and with our key clients in South-East Asia,” he concludes.
