The automatic wrap-around case packer WA7000 carries out all adjustments by means of hand wheels, calibrated levers and metric rules. This ensure high reliability and precision when setting new formats which are easy and quick to conduct. A control display enables glue and speed programme to be automatically changed and shows any eventuality for its troubleshoot.

The case packer equips numerous sensors to ensure correct operation such as case and product presence, minimum magazine level, accumulation on exit, etc. As an option, an active digital camera with remote movement control can be incorporated into the machine’s electronics. This acts as an aid to system monitoring to facilitate and speed up the resolution of anomalies.
