The high speed automatic wrap-around case packer WA8000 by Mespack features servomotors that are network-connected through a central electronic control. Much like with a robot, this ensures that the process is perfectly synchronised, regardless of the type of process, sequential or continuous, required by the technical specifications of each machine.

This is a modern and versatile wrap-around machine at the cutting edge of technology in the sector. It has an innovative internet connection and an optional automatic product separator inserter.

Plastic containers

For operating with plastic containers, an intermittent group separation system has been designed with three groups of blades. The first and third are mobile and the centre one fixed.

Glass containers

For glass containers, a continuous grouping system has been designed consisting of four groups of chains, driven by two independent servomotors (2-2).

High customisation

We offer distribution systems for non-cylindrical containers to suit the specific needs of each product and speed: electromechanical lanners and diverters, aligners, roller conveyor tables and product stackers.

Up to 70 cases/minute: ideal for medium speeds between 35 and 70 cases or trays per minute.

Servomotor-controlled: all of the machine’s movements are synchronised and controlled by servomotors, which optimise the cycles.

Automatic adjustments: all control, adjustment and format changeover elements are automated, resulting in greatly reduced user intervention.

Online Monitoring

Machine operation can be monitored online by our technicians at head office or from local support centres in order to ensure rapid diagnosis of any anomaly that occurs and facilitate its immediate resolution.

Peripherals

As an optional extra, an active digital camera equipped with remote movement control can be incorporated into the machine’s electronics as an aid to system monitoring to facilitate and speed up the resolution of anomalies.

Format changeover

All control, adjustment and format changeover elements are automated and simplified, resulting in greatly reduced user intervention.
